Keuka College pulled one back in the fourth as Hailey Jasinski (Buffalo, N.Y. / North Collins) led off with a double and moved to third on a wild pitch. She later came home on a passed ball to cut the lead to 3-1.

Nazareth again jumped out to a three-run lead over the Wolves in the first inning. Olivia Flynn (Williamson, N.Y. / Williamson) singled for the Wolves in the third and eventually scored on a sacrifice fly by Makenna DeMoney (Conklin, N.Y. / Susquehanna Valley) to make it 3-1.

The Golden Flyers responded in a strong way with six runs in the fourth to build their lead to 9-1.

The Wolves began to chip away in the fourth inning. Emily Cutrona (Buffalo, N.Y. / West Seneca West) singled for the Wolves. She scored on a triple by Sienna Olney (Hilton, N.Y. / Hilton). Olney came home on a single by Olivia Flynn to cut the lead to 9-3.

Nazareth answered with a run in the fifth, but the Wolves came out with five in the bottom of the frame. Four straight singles started the inning with Jasinski, Alexis Kopetchny (Phelps, N.Y. / Midlakes), Haley Mascho (Bolivar, N.Y. / Bolivar-Richburg), and Grace Eagen (Buffalo, N.Y. / West Seneca West) all collected hits for the Wolves. Cutrona and Olney then worked base-loaded walks for the Wolves to score runs. Olivia Flynn had an RBI single for Keuka and Kaylin Ritenour (Madison, Pa. / Yough) got an RBI as Keuka made it a two-run game at 10-8.

The Golden Flyers would add a pair of runs in the seventh and hold Keuka without a hit for the final two innings to complete the sweep, defeating the Wolves 12-8.

Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves are right back on the field on Tuesday with another Empire 8 doubleheader. Keuka College hosts Elmira College at 3 p.m. at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.
