The Keuka College men’s soccer team closed out its home schedule Saturday with a 3–0 loss to St. John Fisher University in Empire 8 Conference play.
Senior Tyler Spina (Bradford, N.Y. / Bradford) turned in a standout performance in goal, making a career-high nine saves for the Wolves.
St. John Fisher controlled possession early, scoring twice in the first half while holding Keuka to just three shots and no corner kicks. The Cardinals added a third goal in the 70th minute to put the match out of reach.
Nicola Costa (Rochester, N.Y. / Aquinas Institute) tallied both of Keuka’s second-half shots, but neither found the back of the net.
