The Keuka College Men’s Soccer team lost on Tuesday afternoon 1-0 at SUNY Canton in a non-conference matchup.
Keuka College (0-6, 0-2 Empire 8) got six saves in goal from Cory Cangemi (Marcellus, N.Y. / Marcellus).

Both teams had chances early in the game on Tuesday, but it would be SUNY Canton who struck first. The Roos got the ball into the box and snuck a tight-angled shot over Cangemi for the 1-0 lead. The Wolves continued to push but were unable to find the back of the goal. Shots were 7-7 in the opening half, but SUNY Canton led at the break.
Keuka College would have the shot advantage in the second 45 minutes, outshooting the Roos 10-9. However, SUNY Canton had the edge in shots on goal, 4-2. Both goalies stopped all attempts as the Roos held on to defeat the Wolves 1-0.
