The Geneva community continues to mourn the loss of Larry Guererri.
The most recent coach of the Geneva Panthers varsity football team passed away unexpected last Thursday night at the age of 51.
Larry left his mark on all things sports within the Geneva community, not only coaching at the school, but as President of the Geneva Little League and Junior Football. He was also involved in semipro football with the Finger Lakes Impact the last few years.
The city school district has made grief counselors available for its students as they returned to class on Monday.
Larry is survived by his wife and two children. Funeral information is incomplete at this time.
