A Wednesday crash in Greene County has led to two Ontario County residents being severely injured.
According to police, 70-year old Randal Tillburg of Canandaigua and 68-year old Diane Morgan of Victor were in an SUV with emergency lights, escorting a flatbread trailer which became partially disabled in the right lane on I-87, Wednesday night.
A minivan being driven by 34-year old Chaim Rosenburg of Rockland County struck the SUV from behind, pinning it between the flatbed and the guardrail.
Both Tillburg and Morgan had to be extricated from the vehicle and were taken to Albany Medical Center with serious injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
