Governor Katy Hochul was in Syracuse today to discuss Micron coming to the Syracuse area.
She says Central New York will be the epicenter of semiconductor manufacturing.
She added that the semiconductor industry will benefit the entire state.
Hochul is touting her proposed 2024 executive budget as a way to boost Central New York’s economy.
