The Owasco Fire Department will be holding a food drive later this month to help with Owasco Elementary’s Backpack Program.
School Social Worker Michaela Breeze says the program is about making sure kids have enough food over the weekend.
Breeze adds that they go through food quickly.
The food drive will take place February 12th.
