A 15-year-old Ontario County girl has been arrested for murder for allegedly starting a fire in a Bronx boarding house that killed one man and injured two others. NYC Police describe the suspect as a chronic runaway who lives in Canandaigua.
She has been charged with murder, assault, arson, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief for the January 29th fire. Her name was not released because of her age.
Police say the girl had a dispute with someone living in the rooming house — but not with the 27-year-old man who died in the fire.
