Governor Kathy Hochul was in Rochester yesterday to announce local investments in her executive budget for the Finger Lakes region. The governor has proposed spending $20 million dollars in Geneva. The funding would go towards upgrading the Cornell AgiTech Campus to help ensure the state “doesn’t fall prey to food insecurity.”
Hochul also discussed spending for housing, mental health, gun violence, education, and economic development.
