Keuka Spring Vineyards is boosting its support for local families in need by expanding its partnership with The Living Well Mission food pantry and HATCH for Hunger. Starting January 2026, the vineyard will double its biweekly egg donations and begin providing 180 pounds of chicken every two weeks, enough to deliver more than 30,000 meals annually to families across Yates County.
The expanded program builds on KSV’s recent donation of a commercial freezer to The Well, allowing the pantry to store and distribute larger quantities of eggs and poultry safely. More than 180 families rely on the pantry each month, and the new contributions are expected to increase the pantry’s capacity to provide high-quality protein significantly.
“From the vines on our hillsides to the tables of our neighbors, food has always been a universal language of care,” KSV Manager Lauren Binnert said in a statement. “This expansion allows us to create more shared tables and more full plates across Yates County.”
The first delivery under the expanded program is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 12, and will continue on a biweekly basis.
Keuka Spring Vineyards, known for its award-winning wines, has emphasized community engagement alongside its agricultural operations, while HATCH for Hunger works nationwide to provide families with access to nutritious animal protein.
