A Yates County man faces almost thirty years in prison after being convicted at trial of four counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
Shane Gage, of Dundee, was charged with subjecting a child to sexual contact on four occasions over three years while the victim was sleeping. District Attorney Todd Casella said Gage faces the possibility of four consecutive terms in prison of up to seven years, totaling 28 years.
He will be sentenced on December 23rd.
