All of the criminal matters related to the 2022 raids on Fat Daddy’s sticker shop locations in Penn Yan and Watkins Glen have been settled.
Yates County District Attorney Todd Casella said the shop’s owner, Jaime Walker, pleaded guilty on Friday to a charge of criminal tax fraud. Fat Daddy’s as a corporate entity also admitted to a grand larceny charge, and the $227,894 in cash seized by State Police in March of 2022, was forfeited.
Late last month another co-defendant, Christopher Golden, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of criminal possession of cannabis and misdemeanor conspiracy. As part of his punishment, $30,526 in cash seized was also forfeited. Walker faces two months in prison and three years of probation when sentenced in October.
In total, seven people were charged following the raids.
