Yates County Chamber Warns of Email Solicitation

The Yates County Chamber of Commerce wants its members to know that an email some might have received the last few weeks asking the recipient to purchase the chamber’s membership list is in no way associated with the Chamber.

In an email to its members, the Chamber said the email was not from a legitimate company.  Chamber members are entitled to receive the membership list free of charge, once per year as part of their membership benefits.

The Chamber is encouraging anyone who has received such an email or has any concerns to contact the Chamber directly and block the sender of the email.
