Yates County has a new Administrator. Jessica Mullins was appointed Acting County Administrator on Tuesday by the county legislature. Mullins was also appointed County Budget Officer.
She replaces Nonie Flynn who retired from the county on Monday after delaying her original retirement plans from the end of last April. Nonie helped train Mullins for the roles she was appointed to.
Flynn will still help the county when needed after the legislature also approved a resolution contracting with her for administration and budgetary-related consulting services for $100 an hour through the end of the calendar year.
