Public Information Meeting on Proposed New Yates County Multi-Department Use Building Set for This Week

A public information meeting is set for Wednesday night to discuss the new proposed building for the Highway, Emergency Services and Public Health departments in Yates County. The design cost for the project is complete. County Administrator Nonie Flynn said public health would use the building for clinics.

Nonie explains how the remaining costs of the project would be paid.

The hour-long meeting, which will have representatives from all agencies on hand to answer questions, will be held Wednesday starting at six at the current Highway Department building at 939 State Route 14A.
