A Watkins Glen man will spend the next two-and-a-half to five years in state prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of criminal possession of stolen property.
Kyle Rogers was sentenced by Schuyler County Court Judge Matthew Hayden as a second Felony Offender.
In addition to prison time, the 38-year-old Rogers was ordered to pay $8,400 in restitution.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
