Watkins Glen residents have elected a new mayor. Laurie DeNardo defeated Lou Perazzini 289-198 on Tuesday. DeNardo has served as a village trustee since 2015. She will take over as Mayor on April 1st.
In the election for two open spots on the village board, Peter Cherock and Margaret Schimizzi outpolled Jerri-Lynn Chronis.
