Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. And this weekend, the walk returns to Watkins Glen International on Saturday.
Thera Blasio is the Director of Professional Education for the Alzheimer’s Association of the Rochester and Finger Lakes Region.
“Incredible location and you get to walk the track! We are so grateful to the staff at Watkins Glen International for allowing us to use their space.”
Registration for Saturday’s walk is at 4 p.m. with the event kicking off an hour later at 5.
All funds raised through Saturday’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s further the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. The Alzheimer’s Association is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
