SHARE NOW

Last weekend they were racing around Watkins Glen International with the top auto racing cars in the world. This weekend, you’re invited to walk around the famed road course in Schuyler County to support a great cross. The Rochester and Finger Lakes Region Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will hold its annual walk on Saturday at Watkins Glen from noon until 4 p.m.

Funds raised at the walk will be used towards Alzheimer’s research, care, and support.

Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease.

Since 1989, the Alzheimer’s Association mobilized millions of Americans in the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk®; now the Alzheimer’s Association is continuing to lead the way with Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Registration is required to take part in the walk and you can find a link to do that here
