    Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    There will be several periods of stronger winds, with this afternoon seeing strong southerly winds, then a break this evening, before stronger west wind develop tonight into Saturday.

UPDATE: Driver Identified in Fatal Schuyler County Crash

UPDATE: Police have identified the driver who was killed in a weekend accident in Schuyler County.

An investigation by the Sheriff’s Department determined Donald Lincoln, of Horseheads, was driving on State Route 414 near Rockwell Road in Beaver Dams Saturday morning when his car left the road and struck an embankment and several trees. The 55-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say Lincoln was speeding and did not have his seatbelt on when the accident occurred.

One person is dead following a motor vehicle accident in Schuyler County.

According to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened at 7:15a on Saturday at the intersection of State Route 414 and Rockwell Road in Beaver Dams.

No other information has been released and the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
