The unattended death of a man in the city of Ithaca Saturday morning is under investigation by the city’s Police Department.
Officers responded to the 300 block of South Corn Street at around 10 o’clock after an unresponsive man was found inside an apartment building. EMS personnel attempted life saving measurers but were unsuccessful.
At this time, this death has not been deemed a homicide or suicide and is an ongoing investigation.
The Ithaca Police Department says it will not be releasing the identity of the deceased man.
