32-year-old Aaron Richardson, of Dundee, was arrested back in November after a warrant was executed at his Waugh Road home. According to District Attorney Todd Casella, Richardson will spend the next six years in prison and three years on post-release supervision after he pleaded guilty in court to a felony charge of criminal sale of a controlled substance.
His co-defendant, Christine Derr, of Dundee, was indicted in December and also pleaded guilty to the charges she faced. Casella reports Derr was sentenced to five years probation and time in the sheriff’s weekend assistance program.
