The Christmas spirit will be on full display Saturday in the village of Dundee as the annual Touch of Christmas will take place.
The event will get underway at 5:30 with the “Magic of the Season” parade, which steps off at the back of the school. The parade route will then travel down Harpending Avenue, proceeding south on Water and Main Streets, before turning left onto Hollister and Bell Streets. The parade will then proceed down Seneca Street to the park to deliver a special guest and some holiday cheer.
Our Town Rocks will be passing out holiday books for families, as well as winter hats, gloves, socks, and leggings in assorted children’s sizes.
There will be hot dogs, Kielbasa sausage, fried dough, the Firemen’s Chili, and of course, the famous chestnuts wrapped with bacon. Team Charlie will have Christmas cookies to pass out as well as hot chocolate and coffee. Here’s the best part, everything is FREE!
And don’t forget, Santa Claus will also be coming to town at 6:05!
