SUNY Corning Community College will host a Regional Job Fair on Wednesday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Gymnasium on its Spencer Hill campus, 1 Academic Drive, Corning. The event is sponsored by Chemung-Schuyler-Steuben Workforce NY, the NYS Department of Labor, and GST BOCES.
Representatives from more than 70 regional employers, including Arnot Health, Chemung Canal Trust Company, Kennedy Valve, The Hilliard Corporation, Hardinge Inc., Pathways Inc., Siemens, and New York State Department of Transportation, will be on site to meet with job seekers interested in career opportunities.
There will be a wide range of employers within the local tri-county area – Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben – that have current job opportunities ranging from sales, technology, and manufacturing, information technology, management, nursing, general labor, and much more.
The event is designed to provide job seekers with an opportunity to build rapport with recruiters, ask questions, network, and share their resumes.
