A pickup truck that was stolen from Seneca County was found abandoned in the Connecticut Hill Wildlife Management Area in Schuyler County.
A ranger found the vehicle stuck in the mud without license plates and when he ran its VIN number it came back as stolen. The ranger contacted the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, which contacted the pickup’s owner and is now handling the investigation.
