The Steuben County Public Health Department is asking residents to take part in a short survey to help shape the county’s next Community Health Improvement Plan.
The three-question survey will help officials and partner organizations identify key health and well-being priorities for the 2025–2030 plan. Public Health officials say community input will guide their focus over the next five years.
The survey is open now and will close on October 29.
