A Steuben County man is headed to prison after being convicted of possessing child pornography.
John Buckley was sentenced to ten years in prison by a U.S. District Court Judge in Rochester. The 61-year-old Wayland man was charged with using his cellphone to take sexually explicit photos of a minor between August and December of 2021.
In August of 2022, the FBI executed a search warrant on the cell phone and recovered 31 photos depicting child porn, including images of the minor female.
