A Steuben County man has been indicted on 18 felony charges, including 16 counts of rape.
State Police opened its investigation into 48-year-old Angelo Hurlburt, Senior, last August after receiving a complaint of a sexual assault of a minor. The Hornell man is accused of having sexual contact with an underage minor for more than a year.
Hurlburt was indicted on 16 counts of felony rape, as well as single felony counts of course of sexual conduct against a child and coercion. He was also charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
Hurlburt was brought to the Steuben County Jail on the Superior Court Warrant.
