The New York State Police will hold a press conference on Wednesday to provide an update on a 2011 cold case investigation, including the identification of human remains.
Scheduled speakers include Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker, Captain Kelly Swift of the Troop E Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and Lieutenant Joshua Greenman of the Special Investigations Unit.
