The man accused of killing a woman inside her Steuben County apartment last summer has admitted to the crime.
28-year-old Brett Heffner was accused of sexually assaulting Keli Collins last August 5th before strangling her to death. Heffner lived in the same apartment complex as Collins and police say he knew his victim.
