ServU Credit Union has broken ground on a new office in Penn Yan. The new branch will be located at 102 Delano Place across from the Keuka Outlet. The location is next to Carey’s Lumber.
The building is being designed by Larry Foor and Associates and constructed by Iversen Construction of Gorham. The new 5,000-square-foot building will offer a full-service credit union office with the latest banking technology, two drive-thru lanes, and a 24-hour drive-thru ATM lane. Construction of the new building is expected to be completed by Fall 2024. The location is expected to have 5 – 6 new staff members at the opening.
ServU CEO, Keith Orfanides expressed excitement at the opportunities this new office will offer. “Establishing a Penn Yan location has been a goal of the credit union for many years. Our new Penn Yan location will be a great compliment to our Dundee office as we seek to bring the credit union difference to even more of Yates County.”
ServU Credit Union currently employs 117 staff in 7 offices located in Painted Post, Corning, Bath, Hornell, Alfred, and Dundee serving more than 40,000 members. The credit union has a community charter covering 17 counties throughout New York and Pennsylvania.
