An Elmira man has been sentenced to 100 days in jail and five years probation in connection with the raid of Fat Daddy’s smoke shop on Liberty Street in Penn Yan in March of 2022.
Back at the end of this March, Corey Keller pleaded guilty in Yates County Court to charges of attempted grand larceny, conspiracy, and attempted criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the raid.
In addition to jail time and probation, the Finger Lakes Times reports Hall agreed to forfeit 60-THOUSAND dollars that was seized from his home by State Police.
