A Schuyler County man has admitted to a felony attempted burglary charge in Schuyler County Court.
Marvin Rhoads was arrested back in March when he unlawfully entered a home in the town of Dix when the resident who lives there was at home. The 52-year-old Burdett man will be sentenced on November 30th.
