Here’s a heads-up for motorists driving through Schuyler County.
Starting Monday, construction will begin on Main Street in the village of Odessa, starting at Merchant Ave., and proceeding east towards the firehouse. During this time traffic will be reduced to a single lane.
The village reminds motorists to be on the lookout for flag men who will be helping guide traffic
