The Ithaca Times reports budget cuts and decreased state funding are reasons cited for the Trumansburg School District potentially laying off several teachers at the end of June. Enrollment in the district has also declined about 10 percent since the 2019-2020 school year.
The Trumansburg school board meets next on April 16th.
