The Village of Penn Yan’s Department of Public Works made the following announcement on Friday:
Attention Penn Yan Municipal Electric Customers:
“The Electric Department has to complete necessary repair work that will affect the east side of Main Street from 101-127 Main Street (odd numbers), 151 and 159 Main Street, 100-102 East Elm Street on Saturday 12/16 starting at 11 PM. The work is estimated to take up to 6 hours to complete.
“We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding!”
Updates will be posted by the village of Penn Yan’s Department of Public Works.
