SHARE NOW

The path of totality for Monday’s eclipse has shifted north.

Experts are now saying that residents of Penn Yan, Branchport, Dresden, Keuka Park, and northern Steuben County may need to head north to experience the path of totality on Monday afternoon.

That 115-mile-wide path touches 500 U.S. cities and portions of 13 states during daylight hours, covering major metropolitan areas such as San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse along the way.
