Police are asking for your help in identifying a person in these photos who they say threatened to kill an employee of a business while displaying what appeared to be a black handgun in the city of Ithaca.
The alleged incident happened just before four last Monday afternoon in the 300 block of Third Street. The suspect eventually left the area in what was described as a dark blue 3 Series BMW with a sunroof with white license plates but the license plate number and the state and plate number itself both remain unknown.
Anyone who may have information regarding this shooting is encouraged to contact the Ithaca Police Department as soon as possible via the below-listed means. Those who wish to remain anonymous may do so.
