Less than 24 hours after being released from prison, a Bath man was arrested for allegedly causing a disturbance in the Steuben County village while being completely naked out in public.
Officers were met on West Washington Street by Shaun Haynes who, according to police, was under the influence of dangerous drugs. The 25-year-old was screaming at officers while threatening to kill them. He is also accused of spitting in an Officer’s direction and attempting to engage in fights with others.
Haynes, who is on parole until 2029, was charged with disorderly conduct.
