SHARE NOW

May 13th and 14th will mark the 10-year anniversary of the flooding that hit the village of Penn Yan and other parts of Yates County in 2014.

In commemoration of this event, the Yates County History Center’s Oliver House Museum has a new exhibit marking the anniversary of the flash flood. The exhibit contains a selection of photos by Nancy Peek and other local photographers and includes some images from the floods of 1935 and 1972.

The exhibit is open to the public Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a suggested donation of five dollars per person for admission.
