The search for a missing Ithaca man is now being treated as a kidnapping and possible homicide.
During the investigation to try and locate 33-year old Thomas Rath, Ithaca Police say they ascertained information that he was forcibly abducted.
Rath was last seen on or about May 20th in the natural area commonly known as “the jungle.”
He is described as being 6′ approximately 145lbs and last seen wearing black jeans, a black hooded shirt, and carrying a blue bag. He also has multiple tattoos, including a black and pink heart on his neck.
