Yates County Supreme Court Justice Jason Cook will be the guest speaker. The Penn Yan Middle School Band will be in attendance, and Robert Miller will read the Roll of Honor.
Following the program, there is a parade to the village’s Evergreen Cemetery, where another short service will be presented by William Updike of American Legion Post No. 1571. J. Jeffrey Stempien and Philip Bracht will play “Taps.”
After the cemetery service, there will be a chicken barbecue at the Dresden United Methodist Church. Takeouts are available.
