A Tioga County man faces up to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to felony charges of promoting a sexual performance by a child in Schuyler County Court.
40-year-old Joshua Maulucci, of Spencer, admitted to possessing two images depicting child pornography and sharing the photos with others electronically. A State Police search of his computer uncovered thousands of images of child porn.
Maulucci faces 2 1/3 to 7 years behind bars when sentenced on January 4th.
