Keuka College has once again earned national recognition, rising in the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings. In the 2025 edition, the College moved up to No. 128 among Best Regional Universities in the North, up from No. 139 last year. Even more notable, Keuka advanced to No. 76 on the Top Performers on Social Mobility list, a jump from No. 109 in 2024.
The Social Mobility ranking highlights institutions that successfully enroll and graduate students receiving federal Pell Grants, supporting those from lower-income backgrounds.
“Keuka College has long been committed to creating pathways for students of all backgrounds to achieve a transformative college education,” said Vice President for Enrollment Management Pete Bekisz. “These rankings affirm the importance of our goal to open doors for Pell Grant-eligible students, providing not only access to higher education, but also the tools, mentorship, and career experiences that lead to lifelong success.”
President Amy Storey added that the rankings reflect the College’s dedication to preparing graduates for meaningful careers.
“At Keuka College, the most important thing we do is expand our graduates’ economic mobility,” said Storey. “When our students succeed, they lift their families and strengthen their communities, creating generational change that lasts far beyond their time on campus.”
Keuka’s achievements extend beyond U.S. News. This fall, Washington Monthly recognized the College in its Best Bang for the Buck Colleges in the Northeast list and highlighted it among notable Master’s Universities. Both publications evaluate factors including graduation rates, affordability, post-graduate outcomes, and community impact.
