    In New York, Chemung, Schuyler, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Steuben, Tompkins, and Yates Counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford and Wyoming Counties.

    From 2 PM this afternoon to 2 PM EDT Saturday.
    IMPACTS
    Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    There will be several periods of stronger winds, with this afternoon seeing strong southerly winds, then a break this evening, before stronger west wind develop tonight into Saturday.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
    Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Ithaca Stabbing Under Investigation

A person who was stabbed in the city of Ithaca Friday afternoon is listed in stable condition at a regional trauma center.

The unidentified victim was found in the 200 Block of South Fulton Street shortly after 1 p.m. After being treated on scene by EMS personnel, the victim was airlifted to the hospital. The alleged suspect was identified by the victim and was located by Ithaca Police. The initial investigation of this incident determined the stabbing was the result of a dispute between two people who know each other.

No charges have been filed as the incident remains under investigation.
