The report of a fight involving weapons brought Ithaca Police to the 100 block of East Green Street late Wednesday night.
When officers arrived on the scene, the dispute was over and most of the people involved had taken off. A witness in the area told police they saw a fight involving several people followed by the sound of gunshots. Officers found evidence in the area that confirmed gunshots were fired and located a glass door damaged by the gunfire.
