Police are investigating after gunshots were fired in Ithaca Saturday morning.
Police report responding to a reported dispute at an apartment in the 600 block of Chestnut Street at approximately 5:00a when 911 received multiple calls of gunshots being heard in the area. Upon arrival, officers learned there was a physical dispute between several people that led to several gunshots being fired into the residence.
While people were in the building, no one was injured from the shooting.
