Illegal Weapons, Cannabis Seized from Watkins Glen Convenience Store

A nearly two-month-long investigation conducted by the Watkins Glen Police Department resulted in the execution of a search warrant at the Raceway Convenience Store on North Franklin Street.

During Thursday’s raid, law enforcement seized an undisclosed amount of cannabis, concentrated cannabis, illegal weapons, drug paraphernalia, a vehicle, cash, and other undisclosed items. No arrests were made, though the business’s sole employee was detained during the search warrant.

Charges are pending as the Watkins Glen Police Department works with the Schuyler County District Attorney’s Office on this investigation.
