Residents of Yates County can learn about the history of a company that dates back more than 200 years by attending next month’s annual dinner meeting of the county’s History Center.
Jeff Gifford and Kyle Gifford, President and Vice President of Birkett Mills, will make their presentation on November 7th at the Wagner Restaurant. Hors d’oeuvres begin at 6 p.m., and the meal starts at 6:30 p.m.
Admission costs $35 per person, and attendees must register by Thursday, October 31 by calling YCHC at (315) 536-7318. The meal choices are steak, chicken parmesan, broiled fish, or vegetable lasagna. Dinner includes a tossed salad, dessert, and coffee. A brief business meeting and then the Giffords’ presentation will follow dinner.
