The Bradford Central School district has hired an interim principal for the rest of the school year.
Chris Wood, who resigned last month as Odessa-Montour school superintendent, was hired to succeed Patrick Dunham, who resigned. Wood began his teaching career at Odessa-Montour in 2005 and was the principal of the junior-senior high school for three years prior to being named Superintendent in 2015.
Regarding his arrival, Bradford Central Superintendent John Marshall said Wood “is excited to get back to serving as a principal, as he spoke extensively about wanting to work closer with children and to be able to help them succeed at Bradford Central and beyond.”
